Well, still job hunting, so purchasing power is caput. Makes looking at other's work hard as all I can do is wishful thinking. I did get a little creative and made my girls some nice crystal and pearl earrings and necklaces for Christmas. They seem to be getting good responses from friends and others, I will try and get some photos up soon and do better at browsing others.

So, I am now the proud owner of JemDeamon's "full of memories" ring (see favorites). The digital work up does not do it justice, it is both a beautiful piece and a work of art with its brilliant stone display. The most common comment I get is WOW, generally followed by "Who made that for you?" I look forward to the completion of the next piece he is working on for me.

I love art, used to produce a bit of photography and jewelry myself, before the many kids came along.

Now it is mostly limited to textile and needle work but I am thinking about returning to other loves once I get a few more projects out of the way.

In the meantime, I am looking for other's work to see about adding to my collections and enjoying the creations of other family members.
